Membership

• Free access to eligible club free-play sessions
• £5 coached sessions instead of the £10 non-member rate
• Eligibility to represent CCTTC in local league competitions, subject to league/Table Tennis England requirements
• Access to club playing, development and social activities
• Being part of the CCTTC club community

Our monthly membership is available at £15 per month and is intended to provide a flexible payment option for members who prefer not to pay the annual membership fee upfront.

• Monthly renewal: Monthly membership is expected to continue and renew each month unless you notify the club that you wish to cancel.
• Cancellation notice: You may cancel your monthly membership by providing one month’s notice to the club.
• Purpose of monthly membership: This option is designed for members who wish to spread the cost of membership rather than pay the annual fee in one payment. It is not intended to be used as a short-term, stop-start membership arrangement.
• Repeated cancellation and rejoining: Members are expected to use the monthly membership in good faith. Repeatedly cancelling and rejoining within the same membership year is not permitted as a way of avoiding the annual membership commitment.
• Rejoining after cancellation: If a member wishes to rejoin after cancelling their monthly membership, the request may be reviewed by a CCTTC Committee member before membership is reinstated. Rejoining will be subject to the club’s approval and the applicable membership terms at that time.

CCTTC reserves the right to review individual circumstances where there are genuine reasons for cancellation and rejoining.
